Great hotel. Have stayed here before. The room was clean and tidy like always. We booked the meal deal and booked a table in the restaurant for 6:30. Excellent value for money. The lady in the restaurant (really sorry I didn’t catch her name) was amazing. She was running round as they had a staffing issue for service. I believe that had she not been on duty the restaurant service would have been a mess. Breakfast was great. A nice selection of food. Special mention to Carol and Christine for looking after us. Nothing was too much trouble and they were really helpful. Thank you.
Massive carpark all around the hotel be sure to give them your registration number at reception. Friendly greeting all information given. 2 lifts to all floors. Room a good size and bathroom. Bed comfortable Wi-Fi good. Shower hot and powerful. Next to the shopping village and excape ski slope. Would probably stay again if in the area.
I visited Premier Inn Junction 32 earlier this month and the whole experience was absolutely faultless from start to finish. We were warmly greeted by Terri on reception, who was incredibly helpful during check-in. She clearly explained where our room was located and pointed out all the amenities. Terri was bubbly, down to earth, and gave us such a genuinely lovely welcome — a great first impression of the hotel. Our room was immaculate, clean, and very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. Everything felt well looked after and organised. Overall, a fantastic stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!
Used very late at night, walked it and got a room. The computer to book in was slow. But service friendly and apologetic. To say the hotel has been around for a few years, and iv been to others. The rooms were clean and fresh, looked fairly new. Comfortable as all premier inns are. Definitely use again
Last minute stat over at Premier Inn near Xscape. After having a full on day out, I needed somewhere close by to sleep for the night. This location is perfect as its only 2 hours away from my travel home. The location and building is superb. The only issue I had was with parking, 3 very annoying drivers had parked over the lines so I couldn't park up safely. Spoke to a lovely lady at the reception called Lisa, she said I could park up behind her car, so this gave me some peace over my parking issue. Once I finally checked in I was greeted by Lisa again and Sarah H. Both very lovely people on check in. The room was so spacious and great to sleep in at. Definitely would stay here again.
Brilliant. The service by the staff was exceptional. Helpful and polite. The room was great, bed so comfy. Breakfast was perfect with freshly cooked items always available. Clean and tidy. Parking free and for the next day too. I'll be back
The rooms are lovely. I really like this hotel. The staff are always friendly, the breakfasts are spot on. My only issue is the WiFi is a little bit sucky, and if you want the decent WiFi you have to pay a fiver per 24 hours.
Great service as ever. Sarah H is always so professional and caring. I saw this at first hand with how wonderfully she dealt with a child with ASD in the restaurant, just wonderful. Other staff were great as well. Location is a little noisy but hey you can't have everything for the price!!.
